Brand FAQs
1. What makes Dermaviska different from other skincare brands?
Every Dermaviska product is built on a defined technology platform — Tripomer or Microbid — engineered around a specific formulation goal, rather than a generic ingredient blend.
2. Is Dermaviska cruelty-free?
Yes. Dermaviska products are never tested on animals.
3. Where are Dermaviska products made?
Our products are formulated and manufactured in India in GMP-certified facilities.
4. Is Dermaviska suitable for the whole family?
Yes — our range spans from Diaper Rash Cream for babies to Advanced Skin Care Cream and Rejuvenating Lotion for mature skin concerns.
Technology FAQs
5. What is Tripomer Technology?
Tripomer Technology is Dermaviska's proprietary formulation platform, designed to improve the stability, structure, and delivery of key actives — supporting deeper penetration and more consistent results.
6. What is Microbid Technology?
Microbid Technology is our gentle-cleansing platform used in the Skin and Scalp Wash, built around a low-irritation surfactant system that cleanses without stripping the skin or scalp's natural moisture balance.
7. Why does ingredient delivery matter?
An active ingredient only works if it can reach the right layer of skin. Tripomer Technology is designed specifically to support that — improving how formulas perform, not just what's listed on the label.
8. Which products use Tripomer Technology?
Advanced Skin Care Cream, Acne Control Spray, Skin Rejuvenating Moisturizer, Daily Moisturising Lotion, Diaper Rash Cream, and Rejuvenating Lotion.
9. Which product uses Microbid Technology?
Our Skin and Scalp Wash.
Product Use FAQs
10. How do I know which product is right for my skin?
Use our Shop by Concern guide, or take our Skin Quiz to get matched with a routine.
11. Can I use multiple Dermaviska products together?
Yes, our products are formulated to layer well together. As a general rule: cleanse (Skin and Scalp Wash) → treat (Acne Control Spray / Advanced Skin Care Cream / Skin Rejuvenating Moisturizer) → moisturize (Daily Moisturising Lotion).
12. Is the Advanced Skin Care Cream safe to use every day?
It's formulated with active acids (glycolic, lactic) — start 3–4 times per week and build up tolerance. Daily SPF is essential during use.
13. Can I use the Skin Rejuvenating Moisturizer if I'm new to retinol?
Yes — its encapsulated retinol is designed to be more gradual-release. Start 2–3 times per week and increase slowly as your skin adjusts.
14. Is the Acne Control Spray safe for sensitive skin?
It contains Salicylic Acid, which can be drying for some skin types. We recommend patch-testing and starting with once-daily use.
15. Is the Diaper Rash Cream safe for daily use?
Yes, it's formulated for use at each diaper change. Discontinue and consult a pediatrician if irritation persists or worsens.
